Nathan Warren
Managing Principal
Mr. Warren runs the operations of the company. He works with the team in identifying target properties in distress, and then works with the lenders, foreclosing companies, asset managers and their attorneys to acquire the property or note. Mr. Warren is a California licensed attorney, his practice encompasses a range of real estate and real estate financial transactions. Mr. Warren's experience includes resolving over $700,000,000 in distressed real estate, including disposition and acquisition of real estate portfolios, investment properties, real estate in bankruptcy & REO, credit facilities, mezzanine financing and modifications. Mr. Warren graduated from Arizona State University and held Series 7, 63, and 79 investment licenses. Prior to this, he was an Arizona certified P.O.S.T. law enforcement officer.
Kevin McKellar
Director of Finance
Mr. McKellar optimizes the financial performance of the real estate portfolios. Mr. McKellar offers real estate and business analysis, research and financial thought leadership. Mr. McKellar was the Chief Financial Officer for a Los Angeles based hedge fund & family office. He was the CFO of a $100,000,000 investment portfolio and a $90,000,000 real estate portfolio. Mr. McKellar worked for HSBC as a Senior Vice President in Investment Banking. In his position he analyzed the operations and financials of food product companies and large-scale publicly traded and private restaurant operations, and real estate investment trusts. Mr. McKellar has two MBAs in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State University.
Jason Warren
Director of Financial Integrity
Mr. J. Warren conducts due diligence on investor financial capital flows, money laundering, and due diligence on joint venture partners, and crime reports for investment areas. Jason Warren is a former United States Secret Service, Senior Special Agent. He conducted a wide variety of investigations, which have included financial crimes, counterfeit currency, securities fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering. Mr. Warren received numerous awards for his investigative techniques. Mr. Warren graduated from California State University and held a Series 52 investment license.
